If you want to contact a Tango Customer Support rep directly, call 877.558.2646 from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time 7 days a week. You must have the email address where your Tango Reward Link was sent so they can look it up in the system.
Register or Log In.
On the home navigation click on:
ENTER TICKETSChoose what type of ticket are your entering?
Grab your eligible ticket and either manually enter the appropriate ticket numbers as indicated or click SCAN to use your device camera to scan the indicated barcode.
Randomly awarded symbol(s) will be applied to your Play Cards.
If you are already registered for Collect 'N Win, click LOG IN and you will be directed to enter your New York Lottery credentials.
If you have
not yet registered, click the NOT REGISTERED button to complete registration for the new second chance program, New York Lottery+.
If you are
already registered but forgot your password, select FORGOT PASSWORD.
