From the browser in your Android device, click the Install button and follow the steps:

1. View the notifications list to show the download status; click the decnw_8.1.apk notification
2. A message will pop up to ask you to change your settings; click SETTINGS
3. Turn on the switch to 'Allow from this source' then click the back arrow to return to previous page
4. Click 'INSTALL' in lower right of page asking if you want to install this application
5. The install will begin and you will see a progress bar to show when complete
6. The next screen reads "App installed." - click OPEN in the lower right.
